TRAINING PROGRAM
Welcome to our Training Program, an introductory-level program to teach and develop players at a beginner stage for ages U5(2021)-U14(2012).
PROGRAM FOCUS
- Learn the fundamentals of soccer
- Improve basic soccer skills
- Enjoy the game and build a passion for it
SEASON DATES
May 2025-July 2026
Registration is open year-round.
SCHEDULE
Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays 5-6pm,
6-7pm 7-8pm (availability based on capacity and location).

Includes:
Practice Jersey, Short, Socks and Ball
(Valid from May 2025-July 2026, uniform is given at your first practice)
First Monthly Fee not included.

PRACTICE:
- Player will be introduced to and learn the basics/fundamentals of soccer including but not limited to passing/shooting, dribbling and controlling the ball.
GAMES/COMPETITION:
- Players in the Training Program will not participate in official games/competition. At the Training Program level, players will instead learn game-like scenarios during training where they will play scrimmages amongst each other or other classes.
DEVELOPMENT PATHWAY:
- Players in the Training Program will be promoted to the Recreational Program upon coach recommendation once the player has demonstrated they have mastered the fundamentals of soccer.
